GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(hereinafter referred to as “GTC”)

for the contracting and provision of psychological services through the website https://terapiepentrumine.eu/

I. SERVICE PROVIDER - IDENTIFICATION AND CONTACT DETAILS

The website https://terapiepentrumine.eu is the property of Apotheosis Services SRL, Fiscal Registration Code (C.I.F.): 47620327, Bank Account No. RO95BTRLRONCRT0668335901, opened at Banca Transilvania, based in Cluj County, Municipality of Cluj-Napoca, Str. Gruia, No. 58, Bl. A3, Fl. 2, Ap.10.

II. SERVICES PROVIDED

a. Eligibility

Services offered through the website are intended for individuals over 16 years of age at the time of order placement.

b. Order Processing Time

Orders placed through electronic means will be reviewed within a maximum of 5 business days from their submission.

c. Types of Services Available Online:

  1. Psychotherapy sessions, exploratory hypnosis, and personal development;

  2. Guided trance programs (audio pre-recorded);

  3. Therapeutic story programs (audio pre-recorded);

  4. Comprehensive depression evaluation and/or therapy programs;

  5. Comprehensive anxiety evaluation and/or therapy programs.

III. ORDERING SERVICES

Online Ordering

Services listed on the website may be purchased directly by selecting the desired service, adding it to the cart, and agreeing to the GTC.

Adding a service to the cart without completing subsequent steps does not constitute a finalized order or reservation.

To complete the order, users must fill out a form with their email, full name, date of birth, gender, phone number, and address.

Clients are encouraged to contact the practice before completing the form to identify the appropriate service package.

Orders are finalized upon full payment via one of the accepted payment methods listed on the website. A confirmation email will follow.

For services via depreter.ro or paxonline.net, after payment and form completion, an account will be created, and login credentials sent by email. Users will complete an emotional state questionnaire. After receiving the results, the client may cancel the package before final confirmation within two calendar days.

No response within this period implies tacit acceptance, and the service will be activated. Cancellation after this point is no longer possible.

Services cannot be exchanged once ordered and confirmed.

IV. PAYMENT METHODS

Services may be paid:

  • via online card payment at checkout;

  • by bank transfer with proof of payment sent to the provider;

  • by other agreed methods specified in the contract.

V. PRICES AND INVOICES

Prices are listed in EUR and do not include delivery or transport fees.

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent to the email address provided during order placement.

The provider is not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges.

If pricing errors occur, clients will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order. Orders with clearly incorrect pricing will not be honored.

Prices may change at any time, excluding already confirmed and finalized orders.

VI. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Delivery costs are the client’s responsibility.

Services may be delivered:

(i) In-person at the practice office; (ii) via online platforms for remote sessions; (iii) by email or platform login for digital content.

Clients must verify delivery accuracy. Discrepancies should be reported to salut@terapiepentrumine.ro.

The provider is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect contact details or inaccessible recipients.

Audio-based services are non-refundable.

Therapy sessions scheduled in advance may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

VII. CONTRACT FORMATION

Site listings are considered invitations to contract and not binding offers.

Contracts are concluded upon full payment and confirmation. A service contract will be issued along with the invoice.

The contract is considered accepted upon order completion and governed by these GTC.

VIII. LIABILITY, OBLIGATIONS, AND RIGHTS

Client Responsibilities:

  • Ensure submitted data is accurate and current;

  • Accept full responsibility for service use;

  • May subscribe to newsletters using the online form.

Provider Responsibilities:

  • Not liable for delays/errors caused by clients or force majeure events;

  • May contact clients via provided communication methods;

  • Reserves the right to cancel suspicious or invalid orders;

  • May verify client data and deny services if data is inaccurate.

IX. CONTRACT TERMINATION

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to the provider's office. Refunds are processed as per Section VI.

X. PERSONAL DATA

The provider is committed to processing your personal data securely and only for the stated purposes, in compliance with GDPR.

Data may be used for:

  • service evaluation;

  • advertising, marketing, and statistics;

  • service performance and security.

Users may unsubscribe from newsletters by written request.

Data may be shared with:

  • platform partners (e.g., depreter.ro, paxonline.net);

  • marketing and service providers;

  • legal authorities, if required.

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to data processing. Requests must be sent in writing to the provider’s address.

XI. GENERAL CLAUSES

These GTC govern the use of the website and the contracting of psychological services.

Using the website implies acceptance of these terms.

Site usage is limited to browsing and purchasing services. Other uses are prohibited.

The provider may modify website content or suspend services at any time without notice.

XII. COPYRIGHT

All content, including text, images, and service descriptions, is the exclusive property of Apotheosis Services SRL.

Reproduction or use of content without written consent is prohibited, unless it is for purchasing services from the provider.
